We had problems with the air conditioning. it didn’t cool well in our room, which made our nights uncomfortable. The elevator access was slow, especially during busy times. With only one working, the wait felt endless. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was attentive, which made our stay pleasant. I'd consider returning after hearing about some upcoming renovations.
